Sun Country Airlines carry-on and personal item size

Under seat items must not exceed 17 x 13 x 9 inches and must fit under the seat in front of you. (Contract of Carriage: "The dimensions of this personal item may not exceed any of the following dimensions: 17” long x 13” wide x 9” high.")

The bags page labels the same box "Max Height: 17" Max Width: 13" Max Depth: 9"". The CoC labels it long x wide x high. Neither source says whether wheels or handles count for the under-seat item. No weight limit is stated.

Weight limit: 35 lb (15.9 kg).

Overhead bags must not exceed 24 x 16 x 11 inches (including wheels and handles) and weigh no more than 35 pounds. (Contract of Carriage: "...may not exceed any of the following dimensions: 24” long x 16” wide x 11” high (including wheels, handles, and any other protruding items). The weight of a carry-on bag may not exceed 35 pounds.")

Bags page: "Max Height: 24" Max Width: 16" Max Depth: 11" Max Weight: 35 lbs. Must fit in the sizer box located at the ticket counter or at the gate." Warning: the help-center fishing-tube note gives this limit as "24” long x 16” wide x 11” tall or 114 cm (56cm x 35cm x 23cm)". That cm figure is a 22x14x9 box and contradicts the inches, so do not use it.
